Viscosity, stability, and pH are monitored across all non-medicated formulations during blending and holding.

End-of-line verification
Automated fill-volume checks and secure seal integrity inspections confirm each packaged unit before dispatch.
Documentation
Traceable from batch to dispatch
Each batch carries documentation covering material records, in-process readings, and packaging checks. Traceability records link every finished lot back to its inputs.
Retained samples are held from each production run so that any lot can be re-examined against its recorded specifications.
